Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more.
- Standard Shipping: $6.95 for orders under $75.
Processing & Delivery
Order Processing: 1–3 business days
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been processed and shipped.
Items within the same order may occasionally arrive in separate shipments at no additional cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Special Destinations
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may require additional transit time.
Shipping Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it.
Because orders begin processing shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once fulfillment has started.
Handcrafted & Studio-Finished Items
Certain products may be handcrafted, hand-finished, customized, painted, or otherwise completed in our studio.
These items may require additional processing time. Any extended production timelines will be noted on the product page.
Unless otherwise required by law, handcrafted, customized, personalized, made-to-order, or studio-finished items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
