Each order is carefully handled through our network of curated partners and ateliers, ensuring every piece reflects our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and sustainability.


Shipping

We strive to ship each order efficiently while minimizing our carbon footprint by consolidating shipments whenever possible and selecting more sustainable delivery routes.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (for most regions)

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available in select areas)

To ensure product availability and reduce excess packaging, some orders may arrive in multiple parcels at no additional cost.

Special Destinations
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may require additional time due to local logistics.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your delivery in real time.

Potential Delays
While we work diligently to meet estimated timelines, unforeseen delays — such as customs or carrier issues — may occasionally occur. Should this happen, our Client Care team will notify you promptly.


Returns & Claims

We want you to feel completely confident with every Curated Reverie piece.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of receipt so we can assist you promptly.
If you simply wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, provided it meets the eligibility conditions below.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation with return instructions and the specific timeframe to ship your item back.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Products showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup, or alteration will not be accepted.

  • Returns are limited to one complimentary return per order.

  • A restocking fee may apply if original packaging, security tags, or shipping labels are missing.

We offer complimentary returns on eligible items within the 14-day return period.
Our partners and ateliers handle each inspection carefully to maintain the quality standards of Curated Reverie.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Jewelry

  • Accessories

  • Handbags

  • Intimates

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Certain garments may include a Curated Reverie security tag. Once removed, the item becomes non-returnable.


Inspection & Refunds

All returned products undergo a detailed inspection process.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.


Fair Return Policy

To protect our community and maintain fairness in the “Free Returns” service, Curated Reverie reserves the right to limit or decline returns from customers with excessive return activity.


Supplier Collaboration

In some cases, returns may be coordinated through our suppliers.
Each supplier provides its own return/refund process for damaged or defective items, provided claims are placed within the 5-day window of receiving the product.
